Product support · Security disclosure · Accessibility

Every message reaches the same small team that designs and writes the software. There is no ticket queue and no outsourced first line — you will be answered by someone who can actually fix the thing.

Response times

We aim to reply to every support message within two business days, in English or Spanish. Reports that involve a crash, data loss or a security issue jump the queue.

What to include in a bug report

These five lines get a problem solved far faster than a paragraph of description:

Please do not send us patient information, clinical recordings or any other identifiable health data. We do not need it, we do not want it, and our applications are not built to receive it.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in one of our applications or in this website, write to security@brainsolutionsllc.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. We do not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith, stay within the scope of their own accounts and data, and avoid privacy violations, service disruption and data destruction.

Accessibility

If something in one of our applications or on this site is hard to use with the assistive technology you rely on, tell us at support@brainsolutionsllc.com. We treat accessibility reports as defects, not as feature requests.

Refunds

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google under their own refund policies — we cannot issue those refunds ourselves. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: Google Play refund request. If a store declines and you believe the outcome is wrong, write to us and we will help where we can.

What our software is

A reminder that applies to every support conversation: our applications are educational, training and reference tools, and our support team cannot advise on a clinical question. See What our software is for the full statement.
